I needed to list and sell my house as I was moving out of the area for a new job. Brendan facilitated everything as far as getting the house cleaned, staged and ultimately listed and sold after I had left the area and was already at the new job. I trusted him completely after meeting him and followed his recommendations. My house was on the market a number of hours before I was notified of having showings and I got and accepted an offer within one or two days of having the house on the market. The closing was seamless as well, with Brendan helping facilitate the county inspections and such in my absence.

Brendan was very professional and detail oriented. He always kept in touch with us and always made himself available.
